How long will it take to get my order?

Spartan Pro Nutrition LLC, processes order immediately and fulfills and ships orders within 48 hours for orders placed Monday – Thursdays. 90% of our order ship same day. Orders placed on Friday after 9 am PST through Sunday will ship on the following Monday.

We use USPS ground, USPS Priority, UPS ground and first-class mail (the carrier is decided by your address and size of the box) and tracking will be to each vendors’ standards. Most customers receive their order within 2-7 business days depending on location, weather conditions, and high traffic holiday seasons. We are closed on weekends and on major holidays and ship the following business day.

Help! My phone’s wallet checked out using an old address.

We cannot cancel orders after they are received including subscription renewals because they are processed immediately (this doesn’t mean they are picked up, but processed among hundreds of boxes that cannot be sorted through) and they are waiting on a loading dock waiting to be scanned. We suggest you contact someone at your former address. Email us to change your address in our system for future orders.  Please check that all your information is 100% correct before submitting your order to avoid errors.

Help! Tracking shows that my package was delivered but I haven’t received it.

Before emailing us, try a few things to help locate your package.

  • Leave a note with your mail carrier in your mailbox ASAP. Your local carrier will remember if a neighbor may have mistakenly received it.
  • Is it possible another family member picked it up?
  • Was there a key in your mailbox? Delivered to a Parcel Locker?
  • Is it at your apartment clubhouse?
  • Contact your local post office to ask for a record of the GPS scan to show the location it was delivered on the map of your neighborhood.

Shipping Rates

All U.S. orders over $150 US Dollars ship for free. All U.S. orders $149.99 or less will ship for a flat rate of $7.00 via Priority Mail, first class, or UPS/FedEx ground for larger orders. For orders that contain a Subscriptions, we offer free shipping. Tracking is provided once your order is fulfilled and scanned by the carrier. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be live in each shipping vendors system.

International Shipping 

We only ship Internationally to Canada via FedEx. All Canada orders over $200 ship are not charged shipping (you are responsible for broker fees and duties). All Canada orders $199,99 or less ship for a flat rate of $25 which is applied automatically at checkout. (We are not responsible for duty and export fees which USPS and FedEx charge as your items go through customs). FedEx will need you to fill out forms to clear your item through customs. If you fail to do this in 4 days, they will return your box to us. Most international packages arrive in 7-10 business days. Refused boxes are subject to shipping charges (there and back + restocking fees).
